Chief Commercial Officer
The Chief Commercial Officer will oversee all commercial functions, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. The CCO will oversee all aspects of the Retail, SME and Corporate banking departments, among others.
Human Resource Manager
The HR Manager is to perform the full spectrum of the HR function. Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, you will be assisting in transformation on all aspects of HR services, practices and processes – organising, integrating and improving the human resource function that includes payroll, benefits, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, communications and training and development for the Bank. You will be a key member of the HR team and will play an active role in all human capital matters with the goal to promote corporate values and enable business success.
Head – E-Banking
The Head of E-Banking will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing all the Bank’s Electronic Banking offerings. The Head of E-Banking will also – develop and maintain electronic banking policies and procedures, attend applicable vendor conferences and participate in periodic calls to discuss service issues and train client services staff on proper back-office processing of electronic banking services.
Head – Trade and Finance
The Head of Trade and Finance is conducted to support a Trade Finance team and support branches and sales unit of the bank to market a whole range of Trade Finance products. Develop new Trade Finance strategy for the bank and build up a team and advice management of product strategy and need for products locally and internationally.
Head – Retail Banking
The Retail Banking Head will: Develop and implement the bank’s overall retail banking strategies. Manage the daily operations of the bank’s retail banking department. Identify customer needs, monitor market trends and seize business opportunities in the market.
Head – SME Banking
The SME Banking Head will oversee the daily operations of the department as well as plan, direct, coordinate
and market the bank’s product line. To: maintain relationships with clients, both existing and potential as well as prepare comprehensive credit analysis and credit proposals.
Deputy Head – Administration
The Deputy Head will be responsible for planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes. Assist the HR team to assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
Product Manager (Retail Operations)
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple supermarket and convenience store branches across Laos, including daily operations, and reviewing freight operations, standards and procedures. Responsibilities include managing resources such as manpower and internal assets. Resourceful and analytical, the Project Manager will also make business decisions independently, lead teams, and be held accountable for its profit and loss.
